Volunteers are a critical part of our Sanctuary's success. Whether it's walking dogs, maintaining our facility, representing us at events, or fostering there are plenty of ways to volunteer with us!

We will be accepting individual volunteer applications again in 2027, please check back in then for the application link.

Terry's volunteer experience

​Volunteer Guidelines: 

• Volunteers must be 18 years of age.
• Children 10 years and older may accompany volunteers. 
• Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times while at the Sanctuary.
• ​Must pass a background check

To become a volunteer:

1. Complete our online volunteer application (application review can take up to 2 weeks)
2. Attend a volunteer training in-person
